About RoNetworks

We build software that makes complicated work feel simple.

We turn complex challenges into intuitive digital experiences through thoughtful design, innovative technology, and purposeful engineering.

Who we are

An independent software company.

RoNetworks designs, develops, and operates software applications. We build our own SaaS products, and we’re open to helping businesses with custom software when there’s a real problem to solve.

We aren’t tied to a single industry. Our first product, MatchBook, serves golf tournament organizers — but the approach behind it applies anywhere people are held back by manual processes, scattered tools, or software that’s harder to use than it should be.

We’re early in our journey, and we’d rather show our work than make big claims. Every product we ship is a chance to prove what thoughtful software can do.

Founder & Owner

Brij Kachalia is a technology and innovation leader with experience across global enterprise environments. Brij’s work spans enterprise software, product and solution strategy, and digital transformation — leading cross-functional teams to rethink how work gets done and to put better tools in people’s hands.

Brij is also a hands-on, full-stack product builder. MatchBook began as a tool for an annual golf trip Brij takes part in, and quickly grew into much more than planned. That experience sparked RoNetworks: a company dedicated to building more products and helping businesses solve real problems through practical, cost-effective software.

Philosophy

What guides the way we work.

Five commitments that shape every product decision.

  1. 01

    Build intuitive applications

Software should be understood on first use. We design interfaces that feel obvious, so people can focus on their work instead of the tool.

  2. 02

    Simplify complex processes

The hard part of most problems is the process around them. We map it carefully, then remove every step that doesn’t need to exist.

  3. 03

    Prioritize the experience

Speed, clarity, and polish aren’t extras. We treat the details people notice — and the ones they don’t — as part of the product.

  4. 04

    Engineer for the long term

We choose proven foundations and write code that stays maintainable, so products can scale and evolve without starting over.

  5. 05

    Keep improving

Shipping is the beginning. We learn from how our software is used and keep refining it, one considered release at a time.

Let’s talk about what you’re building.
