These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ronetworks.app (the "Site"), operated by RoNetworks LLC ("RoNetworks"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to this corporate website only. Our software products, such as MatchBook, are governed by their own terms.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pitt County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Owner review required: North Carolina law and Pitt County courts were chosen because they match the company's address. Confirm that RoNetworks LLC is organized in North Carolina, and have counsel confirm this clause.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
